Corrosion Block

Driveline Components
We have built up an excellent relationship with a major driveline manufacturer as a result we supply ISO 9000 driveline components ranging from universal joints , flanges and complete replacement units and if required we can design a higher specification unit than original OEM, for harsh conditions i.e. acid resistant seals.

Pre-Purchase Inspections
We carry out a detailed inspection that includes oil sample analysis and operational testing. The customer receives a report that will enable them to make an informed decision. We recently went to Shanghai, China for an Abu Dhabi client as part of their pre-purchase due diligence. In this instance our fee for conducting the inspections, pales to insignificance with the potential losses that would have occurred had the order been placed.

Plant Maintenance & Repair
Force Equipment has the capacity to conduct major repairs on Kato and Komatsu equipment. This includes engine and transmission rebuilds.
We recently saved one of our insurance customer's a five figure sum, compared to other quotes. When we used our expertise to incorporate a structural engineering assessment and report to enable a certified and targeted repair, to a damaged crane boom that retained the cranes resale value and insureability as well as structural integrity.
We also provide a comprehensive hydraulic diagnostic and repair service on assorted plant.
